Lodging Tax Request - Starfire Sports <br />The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee has recommended funding Starfire Sports' request for <br />$160,000 through 2026 for continued support of marketing and promotional activities. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to May 19, 2025 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />B. Ordinance: Critical Area Designation Permit and Pre -Application Process <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance amending the Zoning Code to create a Critical Area <br />Designation Permit and formalize the pre -application conference process. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority Approval. Forward to May 12, 2025 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. Middle Housing, Accessory Dwelling Unit and Objective Design Standards Legislation <br />Staff provided an overview of upcoming ordinances that will amend the Municipal Code to <br />comply with the state's new "Middle Housing" requirements. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority Approval.
