Resolutions adopting City Investment & Debt Policies <br />Staff is seeking approval to replace the current Investment and Debt policies to better align <br />with industry standards, expand on roles and responsibilities, and support a broader <br />financial strategy including capital planning and passive revenue development. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide regular reporting on investment rate of return. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to July 14, 2025 Committee of the Whole. <br />B.
