legally described as follows:
Lot 2 of City of Tukwila Short Plat No. 80-6-SS Recorded under Recording No.
8006240727, being a portion of: Lot 5 and the South Half of Lot 6, Block ll, Hillman's
Seattle Garden Tract, according to the Plat thereof recorded In Volume 22 of Plats, Page
24, Records of King County, Washington, EXCEPT the Westerly 10 feet thereof deeded
