Ordinance: Commute Trip Reduction Plan <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would adopt the 2025-2029 Commute Trip <br />Reduction Plan update as required bythe Washington Clean AirAct. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to June 23, 2025 Committee of the Whole for Public Hearing. <br />B. Franchise Agreement: Hyper Fiber <br />Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance granting a franchise agreement to Hyber Fiber for <br />telecommunications facilities in city right-of-way. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to July 14, 2025 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. Supplemental Agreement No. 2: Southcenter Boulevard/65t" Avenue South Signal <br />Staff is seeking approval of a supplemental agreement with KPG Psomas in the amount of <br />$254,023.95 for additional engineering and construction management services on the <br />project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to July 21, 2025 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />D. Interagency Agreement: King County Parks <br />Staff is seeking approval of an interlocal agreement with King County Parks that would <br />combine the design of the Southcenter Boulevard Road Diet project with the County's Lake to <br />Sound Trail F1 section with the County leading the design efforts. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to July 21, 2025 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />
