They learned about the <br />planning and building of a new clinic on Tukwila International Boulevard. Ground <br />breaking is anticipated in the spring of 2026. A Phase 2 plan includes a community <br />center. See attached handouts for details. Commissioners offered support to reach <br />community members for further engagement opportunities. <br />• 2025 Work Plan <br />Relationship building in the community: <br />• Councilmember listening sessions — CM McConnell and Kathy Hougardy, Jo reported a plan <br />in partnership with the Tukwila Library to convene community leaders at the library to <br />
