Amendment #1
Between the City of Tukwila and Northwest Playground Equipment Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 25-225 between the City of Tukwila and Northwest Playground
Equipment Inc. is hereby amended as follows:
Section 4:
The ending date of this agreement is hereby extended to June 301h, 2026.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
