Between the City of Tukwila and Evergreen Asphalt & Concrete Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 25-189 between the City of Tukwila and Evergreen Asphalt &
Concrete Inc. is hereby amended as follows:
Section 4:
The end date of the agreement is hereby extended to March 31 st, 2026.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
