SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, January 26, 2026 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which starts
at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

meeting will also be conducted on -site at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd.,

a. Approval of vouchers
b. Authorize the Mayor to execute contract amendment no. 2 to Contract 24-145 with
Kirschenbaum & Goss for an additional attorney for 2026 in an amount to not exceed $60,000.00
c. Authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with Public Sector Personnel Consultants Inc. to
conduct a classification and compensation study in the amount of $122,500.00
d. Authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with NeoGov Services for human resources software
through 12/31/2026 in the amount of $150,000.00
e. Authorize the Mayor to execute contract amendment no. 2 to Contract #03-058 with Starfire
for construction of the Starfire Commons
