EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Resolution 1951 requires the City to conduct a market classification and compensation study for non - represented employees in odd calendar years. In addition, during the most recent negotiation session with Teamsters 763, the City agreed to complete a comprehensive market classification and compensation study for the bargaining unit. A one-year rollover of the labor agreement was approved, which included moving the compensation study due date from October 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026. DISCUSSION The proposed Professional Services Agreement with PSPC establishes the scope of services, expected deliverables, contract duration, and payment provisions for completing the City's classification and compensation study. Staff are available to provide additional details or respond to any questions the Committee may have about the agreement.
