Description of Work
Remove and replace the existing 280'(30':220':30') 3 -span fracture critical bridge structure with multi -girder
3 -span 325'(35':255':35') long and 43' wide bridge. The superstructure of the main span and approaches will
be composed of steel plate girders and precast concrete girders respectively.
The Local Agency of City of Tukwila
desires to supplement the agreement entered into with David Evans and Associates, Inc. (previously TranTech Engineering, LLQ
and executed on 11/06/2020 and identified as Agreement No. 20-116(a)
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read: (No change)

Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:
Total maximum amount payable is not changed; labor classifications and ANTE rates are amended/updated
per the attached Exhibit A.

We have accepted your firm's FYE 2024 Indirect Cost Rate (ICR) of 177.26% of direct labor (rate
includes 0.90% Facilities Capital Cost of Money) based on the "Cognizant Review" from The
Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). This rate will be applicable for WSDOT
Agreements and Local Agency Contracts in Washington only. This rate may be subject to
additional review if considered necessary by WSDOT. Your ICR must be updated on an annual
basis.
Costs billed to agreements/contracts will still be subject to audit of actual costs, based on the terms
and conditions of the respective agreement/contract.
Any other entity contracting with your firm is responsible for determining the acceptability of the
ICR.
