Between the City of Tukwila and Innovative
That portion of Contract No. 24-140 between the City of Tukwila and Hamline University is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 2 — Scope of Services:
The consultant agrees to perform the services identified on Exhibit A.
Section 3 — Duration of Agreement:
This agreement shall be in full force and effect until December 31, 2030.
Section 4 - Payment:
The total amount of payment to the Consultant shall not exceed $27,430.95.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
