CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment # 7
Between the City of Tukwila and Innovative Impact Strategies, LLC
LLC is hereby amended as follows -
Section 3: Duration of the Agreement. Time, for Performance. The term of the agreement
remains the some, March 31, 2026. The time to perform services under the agreement is
miodified from December 31, 2025 and is now February 28, 2026.
Section 4. Payfflent. The not to exceed amount referenced in Subsection "A", and
modified in amendments #2, #4, #5, and #7 ishereby increased to $869,500. 1
