CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McLeod calledcafled the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 9:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Andy Youn-garnett, City Clerk, called the roll of the Council. Present at the meeting were Council President
Armen Papyan (on -site) and Councilmembers Verna Seal (on -site), Kate Kruller (on -site), Dennis Martinez
(on -site), Hannah Hedrick (on -site), Joe Torres Caniacho (on -site), and Jane Ho (on -site),
