STATEMENT OF WORK
This Statement of Work ("SOW") defines the scope, services, deliverables, and fees for
extending the MyMoliApp platform to support Pro -Tem scheduling for the City of Tukwila
Municipal Court ("Client").
This SOW is governed by, and incorporated into, the existing Master Services Agreement
(MSA) between Juvval Tech LLC ("Juvval Tech") and the City of Tukwila Municipal Court.

JuvvalTech will provide the Client access to a new Pro -Tem Scheduling Module within the
MyMoliApp platform, which includes the following capabilities:

• Court staff ability to create and post Pro -Tem assignment requests (similar to
interpreter job postings)
• Scheduling based on Pro -Tem availability, role, and assignment details
• Acceptance and confirmation workflow for Pro-Tems
• Visibility into confirmed, pending, and unfilled Pro -Tem assignments
• Automated notifications via the MyMoliApp platform and email

• Manage Pro -Tem profiles (role type, contact information, availability)
• Track assignment history for reporting and audit purposes
• Cancel, modify, or reassign Pro -Tem bookings as court schedules change

The Phase I fee of $10,000 includes:
• One-time development and implementation of the Pro -Tem Scheduling web
module
• The Pro -Tem Scheduling Module SUBSCRIPTION FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026

• Enables authorized court staff to create, schedule, and manage Pro -Tem
assignments similar to interpreterjob creation in Moli
• Supports assignment details such as court location, date, time, department, and
role
• Allows visibility into Pro -Tem availability to reduce manual coordination and emails
• Pro-Tems can maintain their availability preferences within the system
• Court staff can assign Pro-Tems based on availability and confirmation status
• Reduces scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes

• Allows Pro-Tems to acceptor decline assignments based on availability

• Enables Pro-Tems to view, accept, or decline assignments on mobile devices
• Improves response times and reduces dependency on desktop access

• Ensures Pro-Tems and court staff interact with a unified scheduling system

Access
• Full Access: Client will receive full access to the Pro -Tem Scheduling Module as
part of the MyMoliApp Software -as -a -Service (SaaS) platform.
• This module will operate independently while aligning with the existing Moli
scheduling workflows and user experience.
1.4. Support
Juvval Tech will provide technical support for the Pro -Tem Scheduling Module as follows:
• Support via MyMoliApp, email, and phone
• Standard business hours: Monday—Friday, 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM PST
The Client agrees to:
• Designate authorized court staff responsible for Pro -Tem scheduling
• Provide accurate Pro -Tem contact and role information as needed
Juvval Tech does not employ, contract, vet, or pay Pro -Tem Judges or other Pro -Tem
resources.

Phase 1: One -Time Setup Fee:
$ 10,000 (due upon signingthis SOW)
Monthly Subscription Fee (Pro -Tem Module):
2026 Subscription fee is Included in the one-time setup fee
Phase II (optional): $15,000
Phase II may be initiated after successful completion of Phase I or upon mutual written
agreement.
