is described as follows:
That portion of the William H. Gillam Donation Land Claim No. 40, in Section 24, Township 23
North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, lying East of the James Christensen
Road (County Road No. 1479), South of the South line at INTERURBAN ADDITION TO
SEATTLE, according to the plat thereof recorded in V011.1111e 10 of Plats, page 55, in King County,
Washington, and Northeasterly of a line drawn North 45'00'00" West from the following point on
the meander line of the left bank of the White River (also known as Green River) as shown by
Government Survey of said William H. Gillam Donation Land Claim No, 40, surveyed October
23, 1862 and recorded in the United States Surveyor General's Office in Olympia, Washington;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 28, INTERURBAN ADDITION TO SEATTLE,
