MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT The work described in this Change Order is forward -priced and shall be considered full and complete compensation for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the scope shown in the attached exhibits. No additional payment will be made beyond the agreed-upon amount for any work associated with this Change Order. The purpose of the work identified on the attached document is to identify new locations or routes for existing conduits or pipes in the lift station that were identified on site as clashing with the new steel members that are being installed as part of the design. The original design drawings indicate that the existing conduits were to be relocated, however no indication was given as to where they were to be relocated. The items identified on the attached document are not a change to the design documents and are only intended to clarifywhere the existing items are to be relocated.
