You are hereby directed to make the herein described changes to the plans and specifications or do the following described work not
included in the plans and specifications on this contract:
NOTE: This change order is not effective until approved by the "Owner" and a notice to proceed is issued.
Conditions:
A. The following change, and work affected thereby, are subject to all contract stipulations and covenants;
B. The rights of the "Owner" are not prejudiced;
C. All claims against the "Owner" which are incidental to or as a consequence of this change are waived; and
D. The Contractor must submit all Field Overhead and Home Office Overhead Rates for approval in advance of all change
orders.
CHANGE: See Attached Exhibit "A"
We the undersigned Contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is
approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services
necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above and below.

PROJECT NAME: Lift Station #2 Structural Modification Project
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This change order covers payment for all electrical re-routing in order to install the retrofit system as shown in the plans for the lift
station modification. See attached field directive issued 12/23/2025 showing marked up electrical items that are needed to move.
MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT
The work described in this Change Order is forward -priced and shall be considered full and complete compensation for all labor,
materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the scope shown in the attached exhibits. No additional payment will be
made beyond the agreed-upon amount for any work associated with this Change Order. The Contractor acknowledges that the pricing
provided includes all costs, overhead, and profit, and that no further adjustments or claims will be accepted for the work identified
herein.
CONTRACT TIME
An additional 9 working days shall be added to the original contract duration of 45 working days, resulting in a total contract time of 54
working days.

the blanked off box near bottom ofstairs
3. Remove and relocate the lighting in Pump area to accommodate the saw cut area, will tie
the lights back together toexisting switch.

5. Rework the 3/4 conduit on wall near MCC to accommodate circuits as well as feed lighting
inpump area.

Abraham,
Based on the field walk you attended with the City of Tukwila (David Baus) and PACE Engineers
(Ryan Guay) on Monday December 15th, 2025, we are issuing the following field directive indicating
the work that is to be done for the LS2 project as it relates to the items discussed on site.
The purpose of the work identified on the attached document is to identify new locations or routes
for existing conduits or pipes in the lift station that were identified on site as clashing with the new
steel members that are being installed as part of the design. The original design drawings indicate
that the existing conduits were to be relocated, however no indication was given as to where they
were to be relocated. The items identified on the attached document are not a change to the
design documents and are only intended to clarifywhere the existing items are to be relocated. We
do not anticipate needing to issue updated structural drawings, since no significant changes are
occurring from what is included in the structural drawings.
