Failure to acknowledge this addendum in the submittal may subject the submitter to being deemed non-responsive. This Addendum is posted on the City procurement website at www.TukwilaWA.gov under Business  RFQ/RFP  Legal/Public Notices. This is the official source of this addendum. All addenda attachments shall be published to the same location. This Addendum consists of 2 pages in total. This Addendum is to address Responses to Questions. Answers to Questions 1. Question: Will plans and specs be made available for the project? Response: Yes, 100% draft, not approved for construction, plans and specifications are located on the City website here: https://records.tukwilawa.gov/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=437917 Please note there will be no schedule B work included for this project. 2. Question: Will the design firm be precluded from providing CM services? Response: No. The design firm will not be precluded from submitting qualifications for Construction Management services. Any firm is eligible to submit a Statement of Qualifications, provided they meet all applicable local, state, and federal requirements, as well as all conditions outlined in the RFQ. 3. Question: Does the City have a rough timeline on getting the construction bid on the street? Response: The City anticipates issuing the construction bid documents in early spring. This schedule supports a bid opening in May and aligns with the current plan for physical construction to begin after the World Cup, no earlier than July 7. The timeline may be adjusted. 4. Question: Who is the designer? Response: Psomas 5. Question: Is the City seeking material testing through this RFQ? Response: Yes. The City is seeking material testing services as part of this RFQ. The consultant shall provide oversight and support to help ensure that all required quality standards are met in the field. This is a 24-hour notice and by law is not required to be published.
