A. Investment Advisor Introduction
Mr. Cudahey presented an overview of staff, approach, and role.

B. Asset Transfer Agreement with Low Income Housing Institute
Staff is seeking approval of an agreement with LIHI to transfer 30 tiny homes, 3 small offices
and a hygiene trailer for the Church by the Side of the Road Village.
Item(s) for follow-up:
Determine if PD and FD mental health providers will have referral access to the new tiny home
village.

Unanimous approval. Forward to March 23, 2026 Special Consent Agenda.
C. 2023-2024 Accountability Audit
Staff presented an overview of the recent audit results.
