Between the City of Tukwila and Psomas
That portion of Contract No. 23-180 between the City of Tukwila and KPG Psomas (dba Psomas)
for the project titles 65th Ave S and Southcenter Blvd Intersection Improvement Project is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 1, Term:
This agreement shall take effect once executed by the Parties ("Effective Date") and shall
remain in effect until December 31,2026. In addition, this Agreement also applies to costs
incurred and actions taken prior to the "Effective Date" that specifically fall within the terms
of this Agreement.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
