NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing
on the item listed below on Monday, May 18, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following
telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting: 1-253-292-9750,

meeting call 1-206-433-7155. The meeting will also be conducted on -site at Tukwila City
Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.
TO PROVIDE PUBLIC HEARING COMMENTS, PLEASE EMAIL CITYCOUNCIL TUKWILAWAdGOV,
PROVIDE YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME, AND REFERENCE THE PUBLIC HEARING TOPIC IN THE
SUBJECT LINE, BY 5:00 P.M. ON AY 18, 2026. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP BY EMAIL, YOUR
NAME WILL BE CALLED UPON DURING THE MEETING TO SPEAK FOR UP TO FIVE MINUTES. You
may also attend the public hearing in person and provide your comments on -site.

TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PUBLIC
BENEFIT RATING SYSTEM OPEN SPACE CLASSIFICATION
OF THE SCHILLING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4447 S 148TH
STREET.
For those unable to attend the meeting either on -site or remotely, you may submit written
testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
