CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment # 1
Between the City of Tukwila and Seattle Rugby LLC
That portion of Contract No. 24-181 between the City of Tukwila and Seattle Rugby LLC (dba Seattle
Seawolves) is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2: Compensation and Method of Payment
The total compensation under this agreement is increased from $180,000 to $182,000.
Exhibit "A" Scope Services
The following is added to the scope of service:
The City of Tukwila (sponsor) shall be a sponsor for the 2026 Seattle Seawolves 5K & Kids
Dash and shall receive the following benefits:
a. Sponsor to be listed as a Community Partner of Seattle Seawolves 5K & Kids Dash
b. Sponsor logo to have third tier logo placement on at -event signage in the Fan
Zone and participant t -shirts
i. Opportunity to provide further giveaways or promotional material to fans
c. All social media, email and website promotion of the Seawolves Fun
Run to include sponsor logo and tag in third tier location
d. Ability for sponsor to capture content and engage with fans throughout the
event
e. Five race entries for sponsor to utilize/disperse
Exhibit "B" Compensation and Method of Payment
The total amount of the cash value of the agreement is increased from $180,000 to a total
not to exceed of $182,000. The additional $2,000 be payment as part of the May, 2026
invoice, which is modified from $30,000 to $32,000 being due.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
