BUSINESS AGENDA A. Contract Amendment: Enhanced Management Plan Project Staff is seeking approval of a contract amendment with Herrera Environmental Consultants in the amount of $19,989.00 for additional information required by the Washington State Department of Ecology to be included in the water quality report. Committee Recommendation Unanimous approval. Forward to June 1, 2026 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. B. Updates to Tukwila Municipal Code 9.48 and 9.50 and Transportation Impact Fees Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance to repeal and replace TMC 9.48 and 9.50 and a resolution updating the Transportation Impact Fees in the citywide permit fee schedule. The proposed changes are in response to updated population and employment growth models and a requirement to measure multi -modal level of service. Item(s) for follow-up: • Provide complete list of transportation projects (not just priority projects) • Provide regional comparison rates for Office Space and Retail, try to get comparison data for more neighboring cities. • Provide zone map that also shows neighborhoods • Encourage Councilmembers not on T&I Committee to send questions in advance. Committee Recommendation Unanimous approval. Forward to June 8, 2026 Committee of the Whole. C. Resolution: Six -Year Transportation Improvement Program 2027-2032 Staff is seeking approval of the annual state -required resolution adopting the Program. Item(s) for follow-up: • Add a footnote highlighting the new projects that are fully grant funded. Committee Recommendation Unanimous approval. Forward to June 8, 2026 Committee of the Whole.
