l:HER AS, tho Council of the Town of Tukwila has heretofore
passed Ordinance No. 110 adopting a plan or system for a
wa'Lerworks system and the issuance of general and special revenue
bonds to pay therefor; and
WHERE/1S, an emergency exists and it is necessary that
said propositions be submitted to the said Town of Tukwila at
as early a date as possible; and
jIER.r'AS, a special town election can be held on the day
of the general county election, to -wit, on November 2, 1926,
without much additio gal expense;
NOW, THE <_I FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town
of Tukwila:
1. That the Kin County Election Board be and it is hereby
requested to call a special election to be held according to law
in the Town of Tukwila, King County, ;ashington, on the 2nd day
of November, 1926, for the purpose of submitting Lo the qualified
voters of the said town for their ratification or rejection the
f. ol_low_i_ng proposition
"Shall Tukwila issue '14,000 general bonds and :x:21,000
water revenue bonds for acquiring a municipal waterworks
system, all as set forth in Ordinance No. 110
PASSED by the Council of the Town of Tukwila this 18th
day of September, 1926.
