Whereas the following citizens, namely, C. 9. Taylor,
John Dennis, Metre Ra.dnich and J. A. Thompson, all being res-
idents end property owners of the Town of Tukwila, were not
included in Local Improvement Dist:riot No. 1; and
no provision has been made for furnishing the
said citizens with water, the nearest water main being several
hundred feet distant; and
V'It•1; ;RE1. 3 the said citizens desire to be furnished with
water from the Town water system; and
"'ri.E {rC the said citizens are willing to lay at their
own trouble and expense pipes from the nearest "Town again to
their several properties, said pipes to be laid an Rainier,
Callahan and Berk; Avenues all in the Town of Tukwila; and
l:1FiERNfi. T the said citizens, laying the said pipes on
the said .Avenues at their own expense and trouble desire to
own, control and maintain said pipes; now therefor
Be it resolved by the Council of the Town of Tukwila as follows:
That the said citizens be granted the permission to lay
pipes on Rainier, Callahan and Berg elvenues, said pipes to
lead from the Town main on Rainier Avenue to the several pro-
p‘rties of said citizens and to be laid in conformity with the
lawn and ordinances •slt h Town of Tukwila.
That the said citizens be granted the right to win, control
and maintain at their own expense the said pipes and to use
water therefrom in accordance with existing ordinances of the
and vith ordinances that may hereinafter be—
Town of Tukwila or
come effedtive.
Passed the Town Council and signed by me in authentication_
of its passage this fifth day of September 1023.
