WHEREAS, the State Director of Highways has required that the
Town CoE.fnoil shall by resolution deei .ns to the percentge of
monies to be receiv4 by the Town under the provisions of
Chapter 111:, Less of 1235, th-.t wil be used for street c,11-
struction and mtintenftnce ;Aid interest and principP.1 bond
p=-yment; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY TFE TOWN COUNrIL OF THE TOT 4N OF TUKWILA AS
FOLLOWS: That of the uey to be received by the Town of
Tukwila under the provisions of Ch;<rter 111, L i s of 1 3:•,
the Town will expend eighty (80q) per cent for street
tenance, itnd twenty per cent for Street construction,
PASSED this 18th day of April, 1935.
