RESOLUTION NO. 318
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK
OF WASHINGTON AS THE LENDING INSTITUTION FOR
INTERIM FINANCING ON L.I.D. 18.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
resolve as follows:
That Peoples National Bank of Washington be and it is
hereby designated as the lending agency for interim financing on
L.I.D. 18, from which the City shall be authorized•to borrow for
interim financing the maximum sum of $343,980.00, at an interest
rate of 4% per annum.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 6th day of November 1972
