RESOLUTION NO 352
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT WITH OFFICIALS
OF METRO TRANSIT FOR A SELF FUNDED
SUBURBAN AREA BUS SERVICE FOR THE
CITY OF TUKWILA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor be and is hereby authorized
to negotiate a contract with officials of Metro Transit
regarding a self funded, suburban area bus service for the
City of Tukwila, with any such agreement thereby arrived
at to be submitted to the City Council to be approved by a
majority vote thereof before it becomes binding upon the City
of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and approved by the
Mayor at a regular meeting thereof on the 4th day of June, 1973.
