RESOLUTION NO. 433
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING HARSTAD ASSOCIATES
AS ENGINEERS TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING AND
INSPECTION SERVICES ON THE SOUTHCENTER SOUTH
PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT.
CITY OF
WHEREAS The City Council finds that the appointment of a
full -time City Engineer is unnecessary and in accordance with
RCW 35.24.020 has, in lieu of such appointment, provided for the
performance of necessary engineering services on a part -time,
temporary or periodic basis, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary that an engineer be employed
to provide engineering services and inspection services on the
Southcenter South plat and development,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the firm of Harstad Associates be employed to
provide engineering services and inspection services on the
Southcenter South plat and development and, subject to approval
by the City Council as to its terms, the City be and it is hereby
authorized, through the Mayor and the Public Works Director, to
enter into a contract for such purpose with Harstad Associates.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 17th day of June, 1974.
