Per the Uniform Building Code and /or Mechanical Code, every permit application not issued within 180 days from the date of application shall expire by limitation and become null and void. In order to renew your permit application after expiration, you will need to resubmit a new permit application, plans and supporting documentation, and the necessary plan review fees. The City of Tukwila is currently under the 1997 Uniform Building Code and 1997 Uniform Mechanical Code.
