<br /> <br />ARTS COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />W“Ò©ä r <br /> t <br /> ¦’ Ò‰ÞzŒ /š’’Ò“z·ä /;“·;© <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Call to Order: Arts Commission Chair, Cynthia Chesak, noted that there was not a meeting quorum, due to <br />guests the meeting continued but no business formal business too. <br /> <br />Attendance: Commissioners Cynthia Chesak, Brian Kennedy, <br /> Staff David Cline, City Administrator, Pat Brodin, Public Works <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes: Approval of minutes was delayed to the February 4, 2014 meeting. <br /> <br />Citizen Comment: no citizen comment <br /> <br />Presentation <br />David Cline was in attendance to discuss the formation of an Eth <br />of the ethics code and reviewed processes that other cities have <br />an ethics board is beneficial to have in place versus having the Mayor, City Administra <br />deal with issues as they arise. He also noted that less than a <br />decade in the City of Tukwila. David queried the Commission for ideas and sought feedback. David or other <br /> <br /> <br />Business Items <br /> <br />TMC Update: Stephanie distributed an updated version of the Tukwila Arts Comon TMC and <br /> <br />o <br />briefed the Commissioners about the next steps. <br /> <br /> <br />Adjournment: The meeting ended at 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />Next Meeting: February 4, 2014 <br />
