BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Upcoming Development Agreements: Wadajir & Riverton Height Mixed Use <br />Staff briefed the Committee on two development agreements that will be presented to the <br />Council next year: Wadajir at 14110 Tukwila International Boulevard and Riverton Heights <br />Mixed Use at 144th Street and 37th Avenue South. <br />Items requiring follow-up <br />Both items will be presented to Committee in the second quarter of 2021. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. Return to Committee. <br />B. Housing Action Plan <br />Staff presented a status update on the Joint South King County Regional Housing Framework <br />and the public engagement strategy for Tukwila's Transit Oriented Development Housing <br />Strategies Plan. <br />Items requiring follow-up <br />Staff will come back to PED with the Planning Commission's recommendation on Tukwila's <br />Transit Oriented Development Housing Strategies Plan. The Plan needs to be adopted by the <br />City Council by June 2021. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Briefing only. <br />C.
