BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. Ordinance: Subdivision Code Amendments <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an ordinance to amend the subdivision procedures in Title <br />17 and Title 18 of the Municipal Code to create a process to allow for modifications of <br />preliminary approved plants, to modify approvals of final plants, to allow a phasing plan for <br />plats, and modify the expiration period for preliminary plats. Councilmembers discussed four <br />areas of Planning Commission recommendations and agreed with 1-3 as outlined in the <br />packet, but did not reach a conclusion on the matter of an extension period for phased <br />subdivisions. <br />Item(s)requiring follow-up: <br />Return with policy options for item #4, extension periods for phased subdivsisions. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />No recommendation. Forward to January 11, 2021 Committee of the Whole for Public Hearing. <br />B. Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority Return on Investment <br />Ms. McGuire presented the Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority estimated 2019 <br />Return on Investment, including the categories of website, group sales, ad attributed hotel <br />sales, and shuttle services. The total estimated visitor spend divided by the operating <br />expenditures is $41.86. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />
