City of TAM <br />.: City Council Transportation & Infrastructure Services Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Jonuory25, 2021- 5:30 p.m. - Electronic Meeting due to COVID-19 Emergency <br />Councilmembers Present: Verna Seal, Chair, De'Sean Quinn, Thomas McLeod <br />StoffPresent: David Cline, Hari Ponnekanti, Gail Labanara,AdibAltallal,Adam Cox, Ryan <br />Larson, Jason Bates, Bryan Still, Alison Turner, Christopher Andree, and <br />Eric Compton <br />Guest: Rachel Fenton <br />Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />I. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Consultant Agreement: Macadam Rd. S Water Upgrade Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an agreement with PACE Engineers in the amount of <br />$77,339 for the Macadam Rd. S Water Upgrade Project. There is no change in the water source, <br />which is from Seattle Public Utilities through Cascade Water Alliance. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Explain why the project is resuming now after being on hold. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to February 1, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Water Reservoir & Pump Station Land Purchase Update <br />Staff presented on the proposed site for the future Ryan Hill Reservoir. Staff will begin <br />negotiations with property owners to purchase property. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C. Grant Application & Update: 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement <br />Staff provided an update on the 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement Project including <br />seeking approval to apply for the 2021 Federal Local Bridge program through the Washington <br />State Department of Transportation Local Bridge Program <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval to apply for federal funding. <br />D. Grant Acceptance: S. 131St Place Drainage Improvements <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept King County Flood Control District granting funding <br />in the amount of $60,000 for the S. 131St Pl. Drainage Improvement Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to February 1, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />
