BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. 2021 Committee Workplan <br />Committee members discussed the items listed on the work plan. <br />Items(s) needing follow-up: <br />Brief the Committee of the Whole on status and timing options for two issues: Tukwila <br />International Boulevard Neighborhood Plan implementation and Accessory Dwelling Unit <br />regulations. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Tukwila South Multifamily Design Guidelines <br />Staff briefed the Committee on a project to adopt multifamily design guidelines and amend <br />existing multifamily development standards to allow residential development on certain lands <br />in the Tukwila South Overlay district. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to Planning Commission. <br />C. 2021 Economic Development Division Workplan <br />Staff presented the work items for the year ahead. <br />Items(s) needing follow-up: <br />Return with proposed schedule and approach for Economic Development Plan. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />
