BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Bid Award: Public Works Fleet & Facilities Tenant Improvement Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with Lincoln Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$4,427,221.00 and authority up to $5,849,244.39 (20% contingency and 10.1% sales tax) for <br />construction of the Public Works Fleet & Facilities Tenant Improvement Project. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide schematic that illustrates locations of the scope of work items listed in the memo. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 8, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Representation on Kin Cg ounty's Metropolitan Water Pollution Abatement Advisory Committee <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution that would designate Adib Altallal as primary <br />and Bryan Still as alternate as the City's representatives on MWPAAC. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide regular updates to the Committee and include in the Committee's Work Plan. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 1, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. Grant Applications: Storm Water Quality Retrofit Project <br />Staff is seeking Committee approval to apply for up to $189,274 from the King County <br />Waterworks Grant program to put toward the City's required 10% match for a Department of <br />Ecology construction grant that will be pursued later this year. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval to apply for King County Waterworks grant and other future construction <br />gra nts. <br />
