BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. Bid Award: Sewer Lift Station No. 2 Upgrades <br />ades <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a construction contract to McClure and Sons, Inc. in the <br />amount of $1,554,397.331 with a 12% contingency for the Sewer Lift Station No. 2 Upgrades <br />project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 17, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda <br />B. Interlocal Agreement: 42nd Avenue South & South 164$" St. ADA Ramps <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an interlocal agreement with the City of SeaTac for <br />construction of two ADA compliant ramps at the intersection of 42nd Avenue South and South <br />164th Street. SeaTac will construct the ramps as part of its 2021 Overlay Project, and Tukwila <br />will reimburse the cost, estimated at $14,059.00. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 17, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda <br />C. Grant Acceptance: West Valley Highway/Longacres Way Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an agreement with Sound Transit to accept $2,064,000 in <br />Systems Access Fundingto construct a two-way cycle track and other pedestrian improvements <br />along Longacres Way from West Valley Highway to Tukwila Station. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 17, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda <br />D. Supplemental Agreement No. 2: West Valley Highway (1-405 - Strander Boulevard) <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a Supplemental Agreement with TranTech Engineering in <br />the amount of $564,184 for additional design of the West Valley Highway (1-405 - Strander <br />Boulevard) Project. <br />Items needing follow-up: <br />0 Add presentation material to Regular Meeting packet. <br />
