BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Lodging Tax Funding Request -Rave Green Run <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of $10,000 to sponsor the 2021 Rave Green Run scheduled for <br />September 19, 2021. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to August 2, 2021 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />B. Code Enforcement & Rental Housing Update <br />Staff provided an overview on current Code Enforcement activity and the Rental Housing <br />Licensing & Inspection Program, which is experiencing a backlog due to the pandemic. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide email update regarding status of long-standing cases. <br />• Return with discussion on Code Enforcement priorities. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C. Resolution: Transit Oriented Development Housing Strategies Plan <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution to adopt the Transit Oriented Development <br />Housing Strategies Plan. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide additional detail and graphics on Recommendation A5: Consider Reducing <br />Step Back Requirements. <br />• Provide additional information about the nature of Multi -Family Tax Exemption <br />Programs <br />• Provide additional detail and examples for Recommendation 133: Support Community <br />and Faith -Based Institutions' Efforts to Develop Affordable Housing <br />• Provide additional information on Auburn's Notice of Intent to Sell policy <br />
