Phase 2 Prioritization for American Rescue Plan Act (ABPA) Funds <br />Staff presented additional proposals for ARPA funds, including Fire Department overtime for <br />minimum staffing, cybersecurity, a financial analyst dedicated to tracking and reportingARPA, <br />and restoration of SeeClickFix. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Determine if synthetic turf installation at soccer fields is eligible for ARPA funds <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to October 14, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. 20212"d Quarter Investment Report <br />Staff presented the report. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C.
