BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Consultant Agreement: CBD Sewer Repair Phase 4B <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with RI -12 Engineering, Inc. in the amount of <br />$121,504.00 for design and construction management of the 2020 CBD Sewer Lining Phase 4B - <br />Lining & Open Trench Repair. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 1, 2021 Regular Meeting. <br />B. Solid Waste Contract <br />Staff provided an overview of the solid waste contract procurement schedule and process as <br />the Waste Management Contract will expire on October 31, 2023. Committee members <br />advised staff to incorporate community experiences and feedback into the process. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />II.
