BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Foster Golf Links Capital Purchases <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of the purchase of a Rough Mower, Reel Grinder, and Tractor <br />& Backhoe in total amount of $178,000 as well as 17 replacement carts in total amount of less <br />than $80,000. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 1, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />B. Monthly General Fund Report <br />Staff presented the report. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C. Tax Levy Legislation <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of ordinances to increase the regular tax levy from 2021 and <br />adopt the general and excess property tax levy for 2022. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 8, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />D. Ordinance: 2021-2022 Mid -Biennium Budget Amendment <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an ordinance to amend the 2021-2022 budget to include <br />housekeeping, ARPA, general fund revenue streams, personnel obligations, and revenue <br />backed projects/programs. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 8, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />
