Resolution: Updating Public Works Fee Schedule <br />Staff is seeking approval of a resolution updating the Public Works Fee Schedule to update the <br />King County Sewage Treatment rates for 2022. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 13, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Grant Application: Nelsen Side Channel <br />Staff is seeking Committee approval to apply to King County's new Open Space -River <br />Corridor's grant program and other future grant opportunities to fund the Nelsen Side <br />Channel project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Councilmember Quinn stated that he will recuse himself. Majority approval to apply. <br />C. Project Completion: 42nd Avenue South Phase III Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of project completion and release of retainage to Active <br />Construction, Inc. for the 42nd Avenue South Phase III Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 13, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />D. Project Completion: 53rd Avenue South (South 137th St - South 144th St) <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of project completion and release of retainage to SCI <br />Infrastructure, LLC. For the 53rd Avenue South Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to December 13, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />
