Ms. Reed reviewed zoom meeting protocols and the meeting <br />agenda. <br />Comments from Mayor Ekberg and Council President Kruller <br />Mayor Ekberg and Council President Kruller each provided welcoming remarks. <br />Comm unity Advisory Committee Mission &Timeline <br />Ms. Reed provided an overview of the Committee's mission and timeline. <br />4. Committee Process <br />Committee members agreed that Tuesdays from 4-6 p.m. could beta rgeted for future meetings. Ms. <br />Reed reviewed the contents of the committee binder. <br />5. Review of draft Charter <br />The Committee discussed the Charter. <br />Review and Adoption of Ground Rules <br />The proposed Ground Rules were adopted by unanimous consent. <br />Introduction to City of Tukwila Government <br />Ms. Carlsen provided an overview of the City's General Fund and budgetary considerations. <br />Introduction to Tukwila Fire Department <br />Chief Wittwer, Deputy Chief Golden, and Captain Booth provided an overview of the Fire Department. <br />Information Requests: <br />• Provide number of calls by type (EMS vs Fire) per day, per station <br />
