BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Potential Rezone Extension: Vintage(@Tukwila <br />Staff is seeking Committee direction on a potential extension of a rezone from Low Density <br />Residential to High Density Residential in the Ryan Hill Neighborhood for a revised design of a <br />170 -unit affordable senior housing apartment project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Consensus to develop an ordinance. Return to Committee. <br />B. Wayfindin,g Plan <br />Staff presented an overview, goals and next steps for a Wayfinding and Gateway Signage Plan. <br />Committee members suggested including residential neighborhoods in the analysis. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />II.
