BUSINESS AGENDA A. Water and Sewer Comprehensive Plans Staff provided an update on progress on the Water and Sewer Comprehensive Plans, of which drafts have been submitted for state review and plans for SEPA environmental review are underway. Committee Recommendation Discussion only. B. Resolution: Grant Applications for Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal Project Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution authorizing the submission of two grant funding applications to the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office for the Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal Project. Committee Recommendation Unanimous approval. February 14, 2022 Committee of the Whole. C. Resolution: Grant Application for Nelsen Side Channel Project Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant funding applications to the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office for the Nelsen Side Channel Project. Chair Kruller urged cross -departmental collaboration to address encampment activity. Committee Recommendation Unanimous approval. February 14, 2022 Committee of the Whole. D. Grant Application: 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement Project Staff is seeking Committee approval to submit a grant application to the National Highway Freight Program (NHFP) in the amount of $2,000,000 for construction of the 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement Project. Committee Recommendation Unanimous approval.
