Introduction of American Rescue Plan Act Analyst <br />Julie Hatley introduced herself and her role to the Committee. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. ARPA Funding for 2022 Before & After School Programming & Enrichment <br />Staff updated the Committee on a plan to restore and expend preschool offerings and add <br />back youth Winter Break Camp in addition to the Afterschool Programs and Enrichment <br />approved last year. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C.
