Washington <br />Resolution No. 2-4 ( <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2093; <br />ADOPTING REVISED CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE. <br />WHEREAS, RCW 35A.11.020 gives the City Council of each Code City the power to organize <br />and regulate its internal operations within the provisions of Title 35A RCW; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council intends to periodically update its meeting and other business <br />procedures to align with state law, the current environment and modern best practices; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The revised Rules of Procedure of the City Council, attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br />are hereby adopted. <br />Section 2. The Rules of Procedure shall be reviewed on at least a biennial basis and updated <br />as necessary. <br />Section 3.
