AN ORDINANCE clarifying Tukwila Zoning Map
Use District boundaries.
WHEREAS a question has arisen over the boundaries of a
Use District (as to whether or not the use is RMH) within the City
of Tukwila generally described as a portion of the Stella A. Tyler's
1st Addition lying Easterly of Macadam Road and Southerly of South
150th Street and more particularly described and shown in red on
the attached map which by this reference is incorporated herein as
though fully set forth and,
WHEREAS pursuant to Tukwila Municipal Code Title 18,
and Tukwila Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 23,
1970, after proper notices having been given, and
WHEREAS it was the recommendation of the Planning Com-
mission that the zoning of RMH be condirmed to eliminate the con-
flict between existing legal descriptions and a previously pub-
lished land use map and comprehensive zoning map, and
WHEREAS the City Council pursuant to Tukwila Municipal
Code, Title 18, held a public hearing on August 3, 1970, relative
to the clarification of any uncertainty as to the Use District
boundaries.
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council adopts the findings of
the Tukwila Planning Commission and determines the location of
the Use District boundaries as shown on the attached map which
is incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The property in question is determined to
be RMH as shown on the attached map.
Section 3. The clarification shall appear on the land
use map and comprehensive zoning map.
Section 4. The map and ordinance shall be published as
required by law and a copy filed with the King County Auditor.
