ORDINANCE NO. 631 31
AN ORDINANCE providing for the payment and
collection of fees for permits required
under the Fire Prevention Code; adding a
new section to Chapter 16.16 Tukwila Muni-
cipal Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA:
New Section: There is added to Chapter 16.16
Tukwila Municipal Code, a new section to read as follows:
No permit or license required under the Fire Prevention
Code shall be issued or continued in operation until the holder
thereof has paid an annual license or permit fee of $5.00 to the
City Clerk of the City of Tukwila. Said license or permit fee
shall be for the calendar year when said permit or fee has been
issued and shall be in addition to any other license fees or charges
established by proper authority and applicable to the said holder.
PROVIDED, that no license or permit fee shall be applicable for the
issuance of a burning permit.
