Mayor Haggerton called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 9:18 p.m., directly
following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
Melissa Hart, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of the Council. Present were: Councilmembers Joe Duffie,
Joan Hernandez, Pam Linder, Dennis Robertson, Verna Griffin, De'Sean Quinn.
MOVED BY HERNANDEZ SECONDED BY GRIFFIN THAT COUNCILMEMBER HOUGARDY BE
EXCUSED FROM THE MEETING. MOTION CARRIED 6 -0.

Rhonda Berry, City Administrator; Shawn Hunstock, Finance Director; Mary Miotke, Information
Technology Director; Kimberly Matej, Council Analyst; Melissa Hart, Deputy City Clerk.
CONSENT AGENDA
Approval of Vouchers #348580 348755 and #200908241 200908242 in the amount of $2,683,526.38
MOVED BY DUFFIE, SECONDED BY QUINN THAT THE CONSENT AGENDA BE APPROVED AS
SUBMITTED. MOTION CARRIED 6 -0.
BID AWARD
Award a contract to Ro -Con Equipment Specialist, Inc. for the Storm Lift Station No. 18
Improvements project in the amount of $294,610.00.
MOVED BY QUINN, SECONDED BY GRIFFIN TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO RO -CON EQUIPMENT
SPECIALIST, INC. FOR THE STORM LIFT STATION NO. 18 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $294,610.00. MOTION CARRIED 6 -0.
ADJOURNMENT
9:20 P.M. MOVED BY DUFFIE, SECONDED BY GRIFFIN THAT THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL BE ADJOURNED. MOTION CARRIED 6 -0.
