ORDINANCE NO. 623
AN ORDINANCE adopting a Six Year Comprehensive
Urban Arterial Street Plan
RECITALS:
1. This is a Six Year Comprehensive Urban Arterial
Street Plan pursuant to the Laws of the State of Washington.
2. A public hearing was held on the proposed plan on
Monday, June 15, 1970, at 8:00 P.M., in the Tukwila City Hall.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to R.C.W. 35.77 and the Public
Hearing on June 15, 1970, the attachment marked Exhibit One and
designated as the "Urban Area Six Year Construction Program" is
hereby incorporated by reference and adopted and ordained as the
Tukwila Six Year Comprehensive Urban Arterial Street Plan.
Section 2. The City Clerk and Street Department are
authorized and directed to file the plan with the appropriate
State Officials as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL D PPROVED BY THE MAYOR
this 15th day of June, 1970.
